 Rhea, the main man that is guilty for making the competition mod of Q3, has finally announced the date of the OSP v1.0 release — it will happen in one week, on December 14th!
There's going to be a launch party on irc.enterthegame.com in #osp (ETG) on December 14th. The official release will happen at 18.00 (6pm) PST.
This release will include a lot of extras for OSP that haven't yet been seen: OSP-specific map pack with 14-15 new maps for all modes of play, server/client-side stats parsers and an official OSP server-configurator. For now, you can peek at one of the upcoming maps, q3ospdm1 — The New Edge here.
By the way, the size of the release will be around 35Mb. |
